The Draft Housing Strategy is Ready for Your Review! Did We Get It Right?

Over the past year, the City has been working alongside a variety of community organizations to create Langford's first formal Housing Strategy. The Strategy will guide how the City can support the types of housing most needed in the community.

The draft strategy features 31 specific actions to advance the City's housing objectives. The development process for this draft included workshops with representatives from the non-profit housing, real estate, and local development sectors. Over 190 responses from a community survey were also considered. 

We encourage everyone to review the draft strategy and provide your input: based on your understanding of housing needs in Langford and the proposed actions, is there anything else you would add?
