The Draft of Langford's First Housing Strategy is Ready for Your Review! Provide Your Input
The proposed Housing Strategy will guide how the City can support the types of housing most needed in the community.
The draft Strategy features 31 specific actions to advance the City's housing objectives. The development process included workshops with representatives from the non-profit housing, real estate, and local development sectors. Over 190 responses from a community survey were also considered.
Council received a presentation on the proposed Housing Strategy on August 17, 2026. Click here to watch a recording of the presentation.
